Public Registers

The Council’s Public Register of Applications made and Licences granted under the Licensing Act 2003, is now available to view on-line.

Applications on-line

Application forms, together with guidance notes, for licences under the Licensing Act 2003 are now available on-line. Application forms for other licences will be available in due course. In the meantime, forms and guidance for other licences may be obtained by clicking here

Application forms should be printed, signed, and submitted with all relevant documentation to the Licensing Section, Castle Morpeth Borough Council, Longhirst Hall, Morpeth, Northumberland, NE61 3LR, and copies forwarded to Responsible Authorities where applicable. A list of the Responsible Authorities, including their addresses, can be obtained by clicking here
